To request a review, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect
    3️⃣ Our team will review your request and respond within 2-5 business days.

If approved, we will:
✔ Offer a replacement if stock is available.
✔ Provide a refund if the item is no longer in stock.

❌ Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection (please refer to the size chart before purchasing).
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences.
